The mission
In my work as a psychiatrist and a therapist I have seen countless women burn out, like I did, because society and our formal education does not prepare us to ground our journey in the regulation of our nervous system and our bodies. We are not taught to feel our path FROM our essence. We are not taught to protect and nourish our flame as a sacred being. We are not taught how to grow and direct our voice into precise and transformative action in the world.

The events and disasters of the world in the past few years are finally cracking the illusions we all took as truth. We are finally able to see the flaws of our systems.

Our distress and dread are the signals that will catapult us to reconnect, learn and transform.

The medical model pathologises female distress without seeing its wisdom and value.
My mission is to use my experience to create a safe space for women to connect more deeply with their essence and calling and finally.. flourish

It is in the space of the 'village', of the 'tribe', of safe and authentic community that we finally see ourselves and restore our connection to others and the planet. It is in community that we restore a sense of belonging. It is in community that we finally find our way home

transformation happens in the present and within like-minded communities
After decades of practice and experience I finally created the space I was longing for. A space for women to safely connect with the innate wisdom of their emotions and nervous systems. A space of connection, exploration, integration and transformation from the inside out.

Kintsugi is an ancient Japanese practice of repairing broken pottery with gold. As a metaphor for life, it shows us how to see the broken, painful parts of ourselves and others as an opportunity to add strength, beauty and meaning to our path
"Yesterday I was clever and I tried to change the world.
Today I am wise and I am trying to change myself"
